Unless you are not installing any other mods, I do not recommend you install those three by hand. Installing the UOP, USIP and UOMPs is a separate procedure. Also, do not confuse the unofficial patches and the official patches. Just install the SI disc after you install Oblivion. Some mods need you to download a certain file for compatibility with the patches. But if you do install them, read each mod page carefully. It works either way, just UOP has less bugs.

I have played the game many times with and without them. If youre installing the UOP for the first time, or have a version older than 3.0.0 installed: only download and install the full v3.2.0 base install (self-installer, manual or OMOD) If you already have the self-installer or manual v3.0.0, 3.0.1 or 3.1.0 of the UOP installed: only download and install the v3.2. However, if you want the most vanilla experience, they are not necessary. They are not included, so you need them if you want the most fixes possible. If you want the fixes, then yes, go ahead and install the Unofficial Patches on top of your Deluxe.
